Bike Box Hire

If you’re looking at travelling abroad and need something to protect your precious steed we have the solution.
For those who don’t want the expense of a new bike box but want a good product to protect their bicycle then this is the perfect solution for you!!

We provide a choice of two bike boxes.
We have the popular Bike Box Alan. Also the Thule Round Trip hard shell bike case which comes with a built in work stand to make assembly at your training destination even easier!

Payment options
-Payment can be made further down the page using the PayPal button or by completing a bank transfer (details provided upon request).
-Once your PayPal transaction has processed please inform us of the dates you require.

Upon collection / delivery of the bike box
-A deposit of £150 is required, this is then refundable on the safe return of the box to Mobile Bike Repair.
-two forms of ID are required; either a passport or driving license and a proof of address to be dated within the last 3 months.
-You will be required to fill in our Bike Box Hire Agreement form

Please note we aim to update the calendar asap after receiving a booking.
Delivery/collection
In addition to hiring the either  Bike Box, we can also offer a delivery/ collection to your selected location. This is chargeable on top of the normal hire charges. Just let us know if this is something you would like and we can provide a quote for you. We will only deliver within a 45min drive from our base in Tamworth.

When you hire the Bike box why not take the opportunity to get your bike serviced before your trip and when it is returned to you we can personally give you a demonstration of how to pack your bike into the box safely.

Bike Box Booking Options – 

 

Cancellations
A refund of 50% of the hire charge will be given, plus £150 deposit up until 14 days before the hire period commences.
Less than 14 days’ notice before the hire period commences, only the £150 deposit can be refunded. Full hire charge will not be refunded.
